All online qualified returns must be initiated within five days of merchandise delivery via email (info@hiltonmusiccenter.com). All shipping costs will be deducted for online orders. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Some items are non-returnable. See information below regarding items that are excluded from return policy. |

Returns are not available for the following items: Vintage instruments sold not as described Sheet music and music books Harmonicas Earbuds, earphones, headphones or any item that comes in contact with the mouth ears and nose. Drumsticks Any item that includes software is not returnable. No exceptions. |
Qualified Return Items |

When returning qualified items, the product must be in original packaging and unopened if sealed
Items must be in original condition and have all manuals, warranty cards ext.

Returns for credit or exchanges are welcome and any cash sale may be returned to the customer by check |
Receipts |

All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt or gift receipt |
Lessons |
|
There are no returns for lessons. Any lessons missed by the student is not guaranteed a makeup. If one cannot make an agreed-upon and scheduled time, they are to reach out to the teacher to let them know. If a teacher allows a make up this can be done virtually or in-store and only once per 3 lesson periods or 3 months. You will never pay when a teacher cancels or the studio is closed. |
