Return Policy

 

We maintain a 7-day return policy for any qualified return including tax and shipping costs will be deducted for online orders.

Items excluded

 

Returns are not available for the following items:

Sheet music and music books

Harmonicas

Earbuds/Earphones and Headphones or any item that comes in contact with the mouth ears and nose

Drumsticks

Any item that includes software

 

Qualified Return Items

 

When returning qualified items the product must be in original packaging and unopened if sealed

Items must be in original condition and have all manuals, warranty cards ext.

 

Return Options

 

Returns for credit or exchanges are welcome and any cash sale may be returned to the customer by check

Receipts

 

All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt or gift receipt

Lessons

 

There are no returns for lessons, any lesson missed by the student is not guaranteed a makeup.  If one cannot make an agreed-upon and scheduled time, they are to reach out to the teacher to let them know.  If a teacher allows a make up this can be done virtually or in-store and only once per 3 lesson periods or 3 months.
