This beautiful 1978 Fender Precision bass guitar packs loads style and character with authentic light gig and practice wear! At some point before we acquired this sick ax, the original pick up was swapped for an active EMG pick up (not included) and some additional space was chiseled out in the pick up cavity in that process to accommodate the 9V battery. We removed the EMG pick up and remounted the original pick up with new wires to bring back that classic P-Bass tone. The strap buttons had been swapped for locking strap buttons at some point too. The serial number is S887908. Made in the USA!
